Protect the world from evil forces of different alien races and reclaim your lost power as a Guardian in Destiny 2, an online multiplayer first-person shooter video game developed by Bungie and published by Activision. This game is the sequel to 2014's Destiny and the second game in the Destiny series. Start the game by playing as a Guardian who wields his power from the "Light" and one of the protectors of Earth's last safe city from alien races. One of them is the Cabal, led by the warlord Dominus Ghaul, who infiltrated the Last City and striped all Guardians of their Light. Your goal is to regain the Light and find a way to defeat Ghaul and his Red Legion army and redeem the Last City. Destiny 2 has a player versus environment (PvE) and player versus player (PvP) game types. It features a new way of matchmaking called "Guided Games." It allows players to search for clans who may need additional players for activities, such as strikes or raids. You can play with friends in multiple co-op modes or battle with you co-players in a variety of competitive multiplayer modes. Just like its predecessor, this game features the same three-character classes which include Hunters, Warlocks, and Titans. Each class has its own unique abilities, upgrades, perks, and three sub-classes that allow players to customize their characters to provide a different play style. Level up and improve your character by gaining experience points (EXP). You may gather experience points by completing Milestones (also known as tasks) including the "main scenario" milestones which are given by non-player characters (NPCs). The game also features new weapon types which are classified as Kinetic and Energy weapons. The ones with elemental damage type go in the Kinetic weapons slot while the ones with elemental damage type go in the Energy weapons slot. It's time to embark on your journey and reclaim what is yours. Come, Guardian, the future of the Last City, is in your hands! Destiny 2 is available on Windows, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
